Louisa Harrison-Walker (Co - Director)
Louisa is a Sheffield girl through and through, and is partial to more than the odd Yorkshire pudding. With eight years experience in high level recruitment she won national acclaim and came 1st place as the permanent consultant of the year for high street super brand Office Angels due to the number of people she placed in permanent positions that stayed in their roles. With a deep founded insight into the Yorkshire employment market and knowledge of job seekers behaviours and expectations, Louisa is perfectly placed to pinpoint your exact requirements. Recently married she is getting used to her new surname and her new husband too for that matter!

Amy Tingle (Co-Director )
Amy too is born and bred in our fair city, now residing in S11 (the posh side of town). She has come a long way since her early days in the fruit and veg shop at 13 at Banner Cross! Before launching Benchmark with best friend Louisa, Amy was a recruiter, trainer and manager on a national level for The Spirit Group. Amy has interviewed and talent spotted hundreds of individuals whilst managing and training Regional Managers. She is perfectly placed to identify core competencies in job seekers and identify learning styles.
Favourite month: December it means so much to me, a time to show people how much you love them, a period where you get to spend time with your loved ones, a time to reflect on the year gone and think of the exciting times ahead. Throw in some fireworks and you have one happy person
Favourite food: Sunday Dinner (preferably one of Lou’s Sunday dinners!)
Favourite place: A nice panoramic sea view with a glass of wine in my hand - not fussy where that is!
Most treasured possession: My wedding ring!
Most embarrassing moment: When I got over excited and introduced myself to Danni Minogue as 'Danni'
How would your best friend describe you: She’s been trying to get rid of me for 17 years but I am still here! Someone she would come to in times of happiness and sadness. Someone she will always manage to get into trouble with on a night out!

Favourite month: August
Favourite food: Mexican
Favourite place: Benchmark HQ - all I need is a bed here!
Most treasured possession: Definitely my mobile phone...I’m lost without it!
Most embarrassing moment: I was on a Rugby tour in Australia and a DIY hair cutting incident went very wrong. I had to have my whole head shaved which (after 3 weeks in Oz) meant my head was a lot whiter than my face. I looked very ill, had no hair and a thick ear from a disgusted mother!
How would your best friend describe you: Easy going, fun loving and never taking myself too seriously! And not vain at all…

Candice Nowell (Resourcer / PA)
Favourite month: May
Favourite food: Erm.... I'm a total obsessed foodie..... would probably be easier if I told you what I don't like!
Favourite place: Bed! Who doesn't love it?!
Most treasured possession: My digital camera for crazy nights out!
Most embarrassing moment: Trust me there are too many to mention and very difficult to narrow down! It would have to be the time I went on a First Aid course at work - I only enrolled because a guy I'd fancied was on the course! The trainer was leading a scenario in which volunteers had to demonstrate how to deal with a heart attack; he ‘fainted’ so I volunteered to help and got him in the recovery position. For extra brownie points I grabbed a blanket to put under his head – but I didn't realise it was caught under the heavy ‘resuscitation Annie’ doll so when I pulled the blanket, the doll fell on the Trainers head and actually knocked him out cold for 5 minutes!! Strangely enough the Trainer passed me at the end, although the hot guy took the mickey out of me and I was the laughing stock when I got back to work!
